Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

In this role you will work in-person with customers, providing full service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to help clients navigate their taxes and maximize refunds. You will be a community ambassador, growing the local client base, building trusted relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Must reside in the United States and work onsite.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses or bonds as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and represen t TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build client relationships.
