Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. The role blends tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will serve clients in-person, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support using TurboTax products. You’ll build trust and grow the local client base through outreach and local marketing.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns (1040) filed per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community through outreach.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Interact with customers using TurboTax tools and video communication when needed.
