Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise to optimize deductions and refunds.

You will grow the client base within your community, participate in local marketing, and build long-term relationships while wearing the TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail location 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language using available resources.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Represent TurboTax in local marketing and client outreach.
• Create a positive customer experience and build trust for long-term relationships.
