Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. On-site, you will serve as a trusted advisor helping customers navigate their tax needs with TurboTax products.

You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax planning, and software support while building lasting relationships in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license
• PTIN required by law
• Must possess state licenses/bonds
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns experience using professional software
• Willing to work onsite in a retail environment
• Must reside in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice to TurboTax customers
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and planning opportunities
• Assist clients with complex tax situations (personal and business)
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community engagement
