Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and promoting TurboTax in the community. The role emphasizes on-site responsibilities, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to connect with customers to improve financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN and related state licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver best-in-class in-person customer service and help grow local TurboTax client base.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador and engage with prospects.
