Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will work on-site, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You’ll help grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing and support resources to empower community prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA or CPA license (or attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Deliver excellent customer service, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community through proactive outreach and local marketing support.
