Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide advice, and support clients in person, helping them understand tax implications and maximize refunds. Responsibilities include serving as a trusted local ambassador, growing the client base, and collaborating with TurboTax marketing resources to deliver a personalized tax experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professional and empathetic service, building long-term client relationships.
