Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated, year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships in the community. The role emphasizes in-person customer service, cross-selling, and utilization of marketing tools to build a thriving local business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building long-term client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, guiding clients toward optimal tax outcomes and ongoing relationships.
