Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in a front-facing retail environment.

The role emphasizes community engagement, proactive marketing support, and building a local client base while delivering accurate tax solutions and a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Create a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
