Intuit, Inc. is seeking Tax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. Join a team of financial professionals providing hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to local customers while growing Intuit’s presence in the community.

Role focuses on building relationships, generating new client opportunities, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment. Must reside in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite in TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to build local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for taxes.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
