Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will prepare taxes, provide expert advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering outstanding customer service. You will actively engage with customers, handle tax questions, and support community outreach efforts, creating a trusted local presence for TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional licenses or credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must maintain state licenses/certificates/bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software-assisted tax preparation at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Engage with local community to attract and retain clients and grow local TurboTax client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, front-facing retail environment.
