Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You will engage with the community, represent TurboTax locally, and leverage marketing resources to build long-term relationships and loyalty.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN active as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Support local marketing efforts and build a client base in the community.
