Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to clients in a community setting.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow TurboTax’s local client base, engage with prospects, and deliver personalized tax solutions. A strong tax background, credentials, and comfort with a front-facing retail role are essential.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 tax returns filed per season using pro software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with discovery sessions to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build local client relationships.
