Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships in your local community.

The role emphasizes customer service, professional standards, and the ability to grow your client base through community outreach and collaborative marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax location (20+ hours/week).
• Interest in building local/community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and local face for TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
