Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks proactive TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will perform hands-on tax preparation, deliver tax advice, and assist customers with TurboTax software, while fostering local community engagement and client growth. The role emphasizes a trusted advisory approach, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must reside within the United States; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally, establish long-term relationships, and drive customer loyalty.
• Engage with the community as a TurboTax expert and collaborate with marketing and local teams.
