Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax prep, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and a thriving client base.

The role focuses on in-person customer engagement, tax planning, and community presence, with non-exempt status and required onsite availability to serve customers throughout the week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and foster long-term relationships.
