Job summary

Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will assist customers with tax returns, provide tax advice, and grow the local client base while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll engage with the community, leverage marketing support, and maintain a front-facing retail presence, with a base pay in California of $32.50–$36.00 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekends, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build local client relationships.
