Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and help clients in person while building a local client base and community presence.

You’ll work in a front-facing retail environment, wear a TurboTax uniform, and leverage marketing support and software to grow your client portfolio. California base pay ranges from $32.50 to $36.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization for clients.
• Deliver excellent in-person customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally, engage with community prospects, and contribute to marketing efforts.
