Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform hands-on tax preparation, provide tax advice, and assist customers with TurboTax software, tailoring solutions to individual needs.

As a trusted local ambassador, you will grow the client base and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to Intuit’s standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours per week, weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow your local TurboTax client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate tax reviews and planning, uncover deductions, and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build trust for long-term relationships.
