Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes. The on‑site role is non‑exempt and requires residency within the United States; familiarity with tax law and credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• At least 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with professional software.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Must be comfortable in a front‑facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, reviews, and tax planning discussions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build local client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and support local marketing efforts.
