Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. The role blends tax expertise with community engagement to grow the local client base and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.

You will provide tax preparation, tax advice, and software support on-site, working a minimum of 20 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday. Must reside in the United States and hold active tax credentials.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships in a retail environment.
