Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and support customers with software solutions while building local relationships.

The role emphasizes proactive community engagement, accurate tax guidance, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. Flexible hours and weekend coverage are typical, with on-site responsibilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax standards.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax customers.
