Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support to local customers, while building a strong client base in the community.

The role emphasizes in-person service, a front-facing retail environment, and collaboration with marketing and tax professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, with weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Create a positive customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally and engage in community outreach and marketing.
