Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice, helping clients understand their unique situations and building lasting relationships in the local community.

You’ll engage with customers in person, leverage marketing support, and grow your client base while representing Intuit’s TurboTax brand in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return prep and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to find deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and build client relationships.
• Grow local client base with marketing support and community engagement.
