Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will apply your tax expertise to prepare returns, offer tax advice, and help clients maximize refunds while building trust in your community. In this role, you’ll engage with local residents, grow the TurboTax client base, and collaborate with marketing support to deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and local licensing requirements.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers on-site and via Intuit video tools.
• Lead local marketing efforts to grow the TurboTax client base.
