Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving as trusted tax advisors to customers in person. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base through community engagement.

Role requires active EA/CPA or attorney license with 3+ years of experience, PTIN, and willingness to work 20+ hours weekly in a front-facing retail setting.

Competenze

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax at local locations and events.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
