Intuit is seeking additional TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will prepare tax returns, advise on tax strategies, and support customers with TurboTax software in person.

You’ll engage with the local community, attract new clients, and build lasting relationships while delivering accurate tax solutions in clear, everyday language. The role requires an active EA/CPA/attorney license or PTIN, 3+ years of tax prep experience, and comfort working in

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and PTIN requirements.

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building awareness.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
