Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building long-term client relationships and community presence.

Ideal candidates hold active EA/CPA/attorney licenses, PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax return experience, with a willingness to work 20+ hours per week onsite.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism, guidance, and clear communication.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base with marketing support and community outreach.
