Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base and drive loyalty.

Successful candidates will hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license (PTIN required), be comfortable in a front-facing retail environment, and work 20+ hours per week.

Formación

• Active licensure as EA, CPA, or attorney.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• On-site availability 20+ hours per week.
• Experience filing 1040s seasonally with professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trust for ongoing relationships with clients.
