Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base in collaboration with marketing efforts.

Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with 3+ years of return preparation experience, PTIN, and onsite availability (20+ hrs/week).

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Eligible to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.
• Three+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return prep and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist clients with deductions, planning, and tax planning discussions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build local client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and support local marketing efforts.
