Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. As a trusted advisor, you’ll perform in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for individual and small business clients, while growing your local client base and representing TurboTax in the community.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license or PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses/certificates.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends/20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and engage with the local community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing initiatives with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Perform deductions discovery, planning, and refunds maximization.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via tools.
• Build ongoing trust and relationships; handle inquiries professionally.
