Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will combine tax expertise with community engagement to help individuals and small businesses prepare returns.

As part of a collaborative team, you will provide in-person tax advice, use TurboTax software, and help grow the client base through local outreach. A valid EA/CPA/license and PTIN are required; 20+ hours/week onsite.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
