Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with tax preparation, deductions, and planning while engaging with the local community.

This role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, in-person customer service, and potential bonus and benefits. Candidates must reside in the United States and be prepared for a front-facing retail environment.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Licensed in relevant State(s) with ability to work onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging local prospects and converting them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
