Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships in your community.

This on-site, non-exempt role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and uses TurboTax tools and marketing support to grow a local practice. Strong tax credentials and a customer-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold state licenses or bonds where applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 returns experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidance.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver tax advice, deductions optimization, and planning guidance.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds.
• Utilize government sites and professional tools for accurate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build trust in the community.
• Support local marketing and grow the client base with TurboTax resources.
