Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as EA, CPA, or attorney required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers across simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, guiding clients toward financial goals and long-term engagement.
