You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you will grow your local client base, engage with the community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while following Intuit’s policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license in tax.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for in-person customers.
• Explain tax concepts and guide clients through TurboTax products.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and deliver a top-tier customer experience.
