Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving in-person customers and building a local client base.

You will engage with the community, create accessible tax content, and support marketing efforts while extending TurboTax services. Role is non-exempt with on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
