Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to provide on-site tax services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will prepare taxes, give advice, and build relationships with local clients, helping them maximize refunds while growing your community presence and leveraging marketing support. Role is non-exempt, onsite, with at least 20 hours per week, and requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state returns.
• Active PTIN required.
• Must hold EA/CPA/attorney license.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Comfortable in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the client base and build long-term relationships in the local community.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
