Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will engage with local communities, grow the client base, and deliver accurate tax solutions using TurboTax software — helping individuals and small businesses maximize refunds.

The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and at least 3 years’ experience filing 30+ 1040s per season.

Qualifications

• Active license: EA, CPA, or attorney to file taxes.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week; uniform required.
• Residence in the United States; state licenses as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers; handle simple to complex cases.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships in-person and via TurboTax tools.
