Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation and advice, engage with the local community, and help grow the TurboTax client base using the company’s tools and marketing resources.

Requirements include active tax licenses (EA/CPA/Attorney), PTIN, state licenses, and at least 3 years of experience filing numerous Form 1040s.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/Attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax law.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location (20 hrs/wk).
• Interest in building local and online tax content and presence for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and nurturing client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, addressing simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, guiding clients toward financial goals and turning transactions into long-term relationships.
