Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax return preparation and tax advice using TurboTax products, while growing the local client base and providing a top-notch customer experience. This on-site role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney preferred) and 20+ hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is required.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, Sunday–Saturday.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and offer software/product support.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
