Zusammenfassung

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients at a local location. You will also act as a community ambassador, building a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.

You’ll guide clients through an ecosystem of Intuit products, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, ensuring a clear path to year‑round support. Excellent communication and trust-building are essential.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Organize and lead local events such as financial literacy workshops and networking gatherings to grow local customer base.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem by connecting clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to convert one-time filings into year-round engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and genuine interest in clients' financial goals.
