Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks Tax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location. You’ll work closely with colleagues to deliver end-to-end solutions, combining tax know-how with community-focused outreach and marketing support.

Role emphasizes ongoing client growth, relationships, and cross-selling of Intuit services while offering a comprehensive compensation package and benefits. Must reside in the United States and be onsite.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising with your name.
• Interest in building local and online presence per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing local client base and partnerships.
• Bridge clients with the Intuit ecosystem, linking to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist with tax planning and education.
