Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, handling tax preparation and expert tax advice. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support.

You’ll also grow the local client base through outreach and events, becoming the local face of TurboTax in your community. Responsibilities include in-person and virtual client service, understanding each client’s financial

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years with 30+ federal/state 1040 filings per season.
• Willing to upskill into broader services.
• Onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Training & compliance required.
• Uniforms and branding requirements.
• Desire to grow local community presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Holistic tax advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local growth through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
