Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a local TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert guidance, while coordinating with a broad team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and client care.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, build community relationships, and leverage Intuit tools to expand services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work
• Willing to work onsite, 20 hours per week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours may scale during peak season
• Willing to complete required training and development

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Be the local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach, events, referrals
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
