Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while connecting clients with a broader Intuit team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

As a local ambassador, you will build relationships, drive community engagement, and grow the client base with support from TurboTax marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships and maintain excellent customer service in person and virtually.
