You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for seamless year-round support. You will actively grow the local client base, engage with the community, and deliver a premier customer experience while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep exp. and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and planning.
• Collaborate with specialists for full-service delivery.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events and partnerships.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with a focus on client outcomes.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and cross-sell Intuit services.
