Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, assisting in-person and remote clients with full-service tax return preparation and personalized tax advice. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required; EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney preferred.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local.
• Must reside in the United States and be willing to obtain related licenses.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and act as a community ambassador.
• Coordinate with specialists for end-to-end Intuit solutions.
• Interact with clients in-person and via TurboTax tools.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and tax planning guidance.
