Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver personalized tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will meet clients on-site, discuss complete financial pictures, and coordinate with a broad team of specialists for end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with company training.
• Ready to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in marketing efforts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus for client base expansion.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships with a local and online presence.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
