You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for personal and business tax needs. The role emphasizes building a local client base, presenting tax solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience with 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
• Maintain awareness of tax laws and use Intuit resources to tailor solutions.
